    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY OF SERVICES

        of Jacqui Tew trading as a Consultant Graphologist





1. These conditions are binding on ....................................................................    (Student's name)

2. The basis of charging shall be £500 per 20 lessons for those studying in the United Kingdom and £550 per 20   lessons for those studying overseas.



3. The fee of £500 (£550 for those studying overseas) includes 

a. one year of the correspondence course comprising 20 lessons 

b. marking of all homework supplied in the course either by Jacqui Tew or by a qualified graphologist    nominated by her.



4.   Course fees shall not be refundable and the client shall not be entitled to make any set off or deduction    against Jacqui Tew's invoice.  Jacqui Tew reserves the right to charge interest on any late payment at three per   cent. above the base rate from time to time of National Westminster Bank Plc.    



5. Prospective clients may come and look at the course before making any commitment.   



6. The copyright in all materials supplied to the Client by Jacqui Tew shall remain vested in Jacqui Tew.  All    information supplied, or advice given, and opinions expressed by Jacqui Tew and/or her nominated  tutors are in  strict confidence and for the Client's internal purposes only and may not be used for any other purposes or    copied or disclosed to third parties (including the person, if other than the Client, who is the subject of the    Services) without the prior written consent of the Graphologist.



7. The Client shall indemnify Jacqui Tew and/or her nominated tutors against any losses, expenses or claims    whatsoever suffered by Jacqui Tew and/or her nominated tutors in consequence of any disclosure by the Client   in breach of paragraph 6 hereof.



8. Any advice, opinion or information supplied by Jacqui Tew and/or her nominated tutors represents  Jacqui 

 Tew's and/or her nominated tutors' opinion only given in good faith and is not intended to be a  statement of  fact.  The Client is hereby notified that graphology is not an exact science.  It may in  certain circumstances  be of assistance as a small part of the assessment of the mental and emotional  attributes and characteristics   of the subject and therefore an aid to the process of recruitment and appraisal.  Jacqui Tew and/or her nominated  tutors shall not be deemed by reason of entering into this agreement to have represented or warranted that the   subject is suitable for assessment or appraisal by means of graphology.  



9. Jacqui Tew and/or her nominated tutors cannot be held responsible for exam results.  This depends on the    efforts and aptitude of the client while following the course.



10. Jacqui Tew and/or her nominated tutors shall in no event be liable to the Client for any losses, including    indirect or consequential losses arising out of any omission, default or neglect of Jacqui Tew and/or her    nominated tutors in regard to the provision of the Services save to the extent that the same do not exceed the   price for the Services.



11. The total liability of Jacqui Tew and/or her nominated tutors to the Client in respect of all claims  relating to   the Services shall in no circumstances exceed the price payable thereof.



12. The Client shall not without prior written consent of Jacqui Tew assign any of its rights under the    agreement for Services.
